Board Skills and Diversity
We believe diversity has an important role to play in the effectiveness and
success of our Board. Our Board, and its applicable committees, value and
consider diversity as part of their overall annual evaluation of Board
nominees for election or re-election. Recommendations concerning Board
nominees are, foremost, based on merit and performance, but diversity is
taken into consideration, as it is beneficial that a diversity of
backgrounds, views and experiences be present at the Board level. The
